Built for the practice
we opened ourselves.
BlackwellOS didn’t start as a startup idea. It started as a problem we couldn’t solve any other way.
On November 1, 2025, my wife Dr. Margaret Enadeghe opened The WoMn Clinic — an independent practice built around the belief that women deserve better, more personalized care.
I’d spent over 20 years in sales and marketing. Fortune 50 companies early on, then a decade working alongside entrepreneurs — people who bet everything on something they believe in. When COVID hit, I watched marketing change permanently and medicine become inhumane to the people practicing it.
I went back to school. Earned my master’s from Florida International University — the #4 marketing program in the country — because I needed to understand where things were going, not where they’d been. And because Margaret was going to open a practice, and I was going to help her market it.
For my graduate work, I wrote a 20-page marketing playbook covering every facet of building a practice from scratch. Margaret read it. So did several of her fellow physicians. They told me to turn it into a course and stop giving it away free.
The problem was — physicians still had to execute it themselves.
So I built an AI that does it for them. BlackwellOS is the course — the playbook brought to life. And because the knowledge should be accessible to every independent physician, the original guide and playbook will be free in the Learn section.
If you own a practice, you’re in sales and marketing. That’s not a cynical statement — it’s just true. Patients have choices. They search before they call. They read before they book.
The practices that show up consistently, with content that reflects genuine expertise, are the ones that grow. The hard part isn’t knowing that. The hard part is being consistent.
BlackwellOS exists to make consistency achievable — not by removing the physician’s voice, but by giving them the infrastructure to use it, week after week, without it taking over their life.
We use it ourselves. Almost every day. Margaret’s content is ranking on the first page of Google, top five for local searches, within months of The WoMn Clinic opening. That’s not a case study we’re pitching. That’s just what happened when we stopped letting consistency be optional.
Just the two of us.
No team of twenty. No venture capital. No advisory board of people who’ve never seen the inside of an exam room. Every decision gets made with a real practice in mind.
Over 20 years in sales and marketing across Fortune 50 companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Developed a deep respect for what it takes to build something from scratch. Returned to school post-COVID to earn a master’s in Marketing from Florida International University — then channeled everything into building the platform his wife’s practice needed.
Independent physician and founder of The WoMn Clinic, opened November 2025. Dr. Margaret is the daily user, the clinical voice, and the standard that BlackwellOS is built against. If a feature doesn’t make Tuesday morning easier for her, it doesn’t ship. Her practice is both the proof of concept and the north star.
“If you want your practice to thrive, you have to show up — consistently, with content that reflects your expertise. BlackwellOS is how we do that. It’s the infrastructure, not the shortcut.”
