Do all plans include the full platform?
Yes. Every plan gives you access to all six BlackwellOS modules. Your plan tier determines your monthly AI capacity — not which tools you can open. Authority (blog writing) and Attract (Compass) are live today. Blueprint, Web, Presence, and Insights are in active development and will be released progressively. You get access as they launch — no upgrade required.
What does “up to 25 blog drafts” actually mean?
Each plan includes a monthly AI token allowance. Tokens power everything in the platform — blog generation, AI-assisted editing, research, and other AI features. The draft counts shown (up to 25 for Starter, up to 60 for Professional) represent what you could produce if you dedicated your full token allowance to blog writing alone. If you also use AI editing, research tools, or other features, your effective draft count will be lower. We’re transparent about this because we think you deserve to know exactly what you’re getting.
What’s the difference between Starter and Professional?
Both plans include the full platform. The key differences are: Professional gives you significantly higher monthly AI capacity (up to 60 vs 25 blog drafts), access to all AI models including Claude, GPT, and Gemini, 3 user seats instead of 2, more PAA research searches (9 vs 6 per month), and more document storage (15MB vs 10MB). Starter is priced to be accessible for early-stage practices — it’s the same platform with less monthly output capacity.
Can I add more capacity without upgrading my plan?
Yes. You can add tokens or user seats to any plan at any time — you don’t need to move to a higher tier just because you had a busy content month or brought on a new team member. Add-ons are available directly from your account dashboard.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full platform access for 7 days — no credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, you’ll choose a plan to continue. There are no automatic charges and no surprises. If it’s not right for your practice, you just don’t subscribe. We’d rather you make the right decision than feel pressured into one.
What is the New Practice Program and who qualifies?
The New Practice Program is designed for independent practices two years old or newer — an honor-based program to support you during startup. It’s the same full platform as Professional, just priced for where you are right now. Your Starter plan includes 200K tokens per month with access to 3 Gemini 2.5 models and GPT-5 Nano, and is available for your first 12 months as a BlackwellOS subscriber. After that, you graduate to Professional pricing automatically. We created this program because we opened a practice ourselves in November 2025 and know exactly what that financial pressure feels like.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time to lock in the 20% savings. If you switch mid-cycle, the change takes effect at your next billing date. Switching from annual back to monthly is also possible — it takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, plans are fully flexible. Upgrade when your practice grows and you need more output. Downgrade if your needs change. No penalties, no lock-in beyond your current billing period. We want you on the right plan for where you are now — not locked into one that doesn’t fit.
Does BlackwellOS store patient data?
No. BlackwellOS has no mechanism to collect or store patient health information. The platform is designed to generate marketing content — not to interact with patient records, EHR systems, or any protected health information. Our prompts are structured to avoid patient-specific examples by default. Your practice data (branding, content drafts, settings) is encrypted and never shared or sold.
What is schema markup and do I need it?
Schema markup is structured code that helps search engines understand your content — what it’s about, who wrote it, and what type of page it is. For medical content, this includes MedicalWebPage, FAQPage, and Physician schema. BlackwellOS makes schema available in every draft — you select and apply it rather than having it forced into every output. It’s a meaningful SEO advantage, especially for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) content like medical information.
What is the Enterprise plan and is it right for me?
Enterprise is built for two types of customers: agencies managing marketing for multiple medical practices, and larger group practices or health systems that need team-level access, custom AI configurations, and strategic oversight. It includes white-label options, multi-client management, custom LLM configuration including Claude Opus, a dedicated account manager, and a full-source AI-generated marketing plan (AI.MP).
